While every effort
will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee
of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an
offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are
unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail
with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling

2.Prices and Tax.
The price shown for
the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The
charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have
entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to
confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries
within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted
from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in
import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for
these duties.
3.Returns.

Ltd is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products
and service. However, on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty
or defective and in keeping with our commitment to providing you with
excellent service, we offer the following returns facilities:
We will accept the
return of faulty computer products for full refund or replacement subject
to testing. On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify
the fault you have notified to us. If following the testing process, the
product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return
the product to you. The carriage cost of this return will be your responsibility.
As Online Systems
(UK) Ltd does not sell products on a trial basis customers are strongly
advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
Unless otherwise stated
in the manufacturer's documentation, all goods delivered to UK mainland
address carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Customers who wish to
make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer's instructions
and warranty procedure. In order to expedite a resolution to your problem,
we may refer you to the product manufacturer who will deal directly with
the return. In these instances, we will provide you with the contact information
for the relevant manufacturer.
All returned goods
must be accompanied by Online Systems (UK) Ltd's Returns Authorisation
number (RA) which can be obtained by contacting Customer Support on 08707
406595. Returned goods will not be accepted without an RA number. The
RA number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging not on the goods.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in delay and additional
costs.
Online Systems (UK)
Ltd's Technical Support staff will advise you of which method of delivery
to use to return the products. Depending on the nature of the product
purchased, we will either arrange a courier collection of the product,
or request that you return the product to us directly.
If we have arranged
for a courier collection of your product, we are unable to specify the
collection time, and it is your responsibility to ensure that some one
will be present when the courier arrives at the collection address.
If Online Systems
(UK) Ltd ask you to return it to us directly, please send it to the address
below. Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are
therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery,
registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover
the value of the goods.

Ltd cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is
your responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage happening.
Where appropriate,
the cost of returning the item will be refunded to you.
No software on which
seals have been broken can be returned for credit. If any software discs
are faulty they will be replaced by the manufacturer. Please note Software
Licences are non returnable.

4.Distance Selling
Regulations
Under The Consumer
Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to
cancel a contract within seven days - starting from the day after you
take delivery of the goods (a cooling off period). You have the right
to cancel for any reason without penalty.
Computer software

If you wish to cancel
a contract, please write to us, fax us or e-mail clearly stating your
full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel
the contract, you must give us notice within seven working days starting
from the day after you take delivery or collect the order.
Once you have cancelled
the contract, you have a legal duty of care to take good care of the goods.
You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address below -
we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items
and an insured courier service for larger items. Please mark all parcels
clearly with your returns number.
If it is more convenient,
we can arrange collection by our couriers; any costs incurred will be
deducted from your final refund.
We will refund you
the full amount paid for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods,
within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
5.Colours.
The colour of goods
may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of
browser software and monitors.
6.Confidentiality.
All confidential information,
including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted
in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and
are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
7.Liability
Save where the Company
can be shown to have failed to exercise reasonable care in the manufacture
and/or supply of the Goods and such failure results in the death or personal
injury the Company shall not be without prejudice to condition 10 be liable
to the Customer for loss injury or any damage of any kind whatsoever consequential
or otherwise (including without limitation removal or rectification work
required in connection with the installation of repaired or substitute
goods) which result directly or indirectly from the Company's supply or
failure to supply Goods to the Customer. By entering this site you agree
that any loss of profits or damage to equipment or data which occurs directly
or indirectly from use of this site will be your own responsibility and
not that of Online Systems (UK) Ltd. Online Systems (UK) Ltd is liable
if the goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for their general purpose,
and for any specific purpose made know, and correspond with their description.
These rights are commonly know as the consumers' statutory rights and
are inalienable.
8.Jurisdiction.
The Contract will
be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract
submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
9.Consumer Rights.
None of the above
